We will ship your order within 2-3 business days. If you require it sooner, please email us or write a note on your order in the shopping cart. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Although we keep a good inventory of our products, if in the unlikelihood that something is not in stock we will advise you immediately.  

If you have purchased more than one item, your items may be shipped separately due to the availability of some materials or they can be held. Again, we will advise you.

Delivery times vary, and can range between approximately 1 - 12 business days.

At U Are Unique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items have NOT been worn, damaged, and are in the original condition that you received them.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will  give you a full refund for your order (excluding our shipping costs) within the time frame above. (30 days).

We cannot refund the duties and taxes on International orders as the customer is responsible for paying them.

If you would like to return or an exchange an item please email us at returns@uareuniquejewellery.com. Please include your order number, and reason for return or exchange and we will provide you with a return address as well as instructions for your return.
